[ Kai-un has taken over an empty classroom and decked it out in full party style! Balloons, streamers, the works! The desks have been shoved to the side of the room to clear space for mingling and dancing, and the teacher's desk has been turned into a snack buffet. It looks like there's even party favors...!

So grab a drink, get some cake, and have fun! ]

[ As you're walking down the hall, you might be drawn into one of the empty classrooms by a sign outside that reads "FREE* CONTRABAND →"

Inside, someone has pushed some desks together to form a table! On one side of it there's a wide variety of alcohol, on the other there's all sorts of non-alcoholic beverages, up to and including—gasp!—tools to make decent tea and coffee! For the alcohol, tea, and coffee, however, you'll find that if you try to help yourself to a drink without actually playing, it will just poof out of your hands. If you want your luxury items, you have to pay the game tax! ]

Have you ever played Never Have I Ever? For those unfamiliar, one player states something they've never done in their life, and anyone who does have that experience must take a drink. Then the game moves on to the next person! Quite simple, no?

[Friday morning begins with the chime of the bell, and the gentle pattering of rain against the school rooftops. You rise from your slumber and step out of your dormitory to find the school walls absolutely decked out in advertisement posters! They say things like, Join the Occult Club Today! or Ever wanted to be someone else for a change? The Drama Club is the place for you! or Come get the shit beaten out of you at the Fight Club! There are multiples of each poster plastered on top of each other, and they cover all sorts of school clubs, including many not listed above. Huh!]

[Alongside the posters are large arrows guiding you towards the gymnasium. It appears to be open today, which. . . bodes poorly, if past events are any indication. But at least this time, nothing is forcing you to go inside. Maybe that is a boon. . .?]

[Inside the gymnasium are seven different booths, each one adorned with a sign one of each homeroom are listed. The booths are currently unadorned, but there appear to be boxes of. . . supplies? Or something?? Located behind each one]

[There is also a long, single table adorned with a black cloth and a vase full of red spider lilies set up near the gymnasium stage. It has a bunch of empty jars laid out on top of it. For coins! Obviously!]

[Once most of the student body has gathered, an unfamiliar voice echoes across the PA]

Welcome, students. I know it is in poor taste for me to introduce myself so late into the school year, particularly when you have already met several members of my staff. But ah! Here we are!

As your loving and adoring principal, I wish for nothing but to provide enrichment in your daily student lives. As such, the faculty and I have decided to sponsor several school clubs for your continued education. Ah, but the budget is limited, and we only have so many resources to spare!

And that, my students, is where you come in.

HAPPY MONDAY! Announcements for the week:

The equipment shed is now unlocked thanks to Katsumori. Please nab weapons responsibly!!

By the end of September, the cafeteria food will have improved ever so slightly. Someone taught the cute li'l soot sprites how to cook!

Someone found out what happens if you stay at another team's dorm for too long. It seems like sleeping in your own dorm keeps the magic of your protective charms charged. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE!

I am running a mingle minigame from September 26 - 29. I don't have a specific time for the post to go up on the 26th sweats, but I'll try to get it up asap! The mingle game is a come and go as you please kind of game; you do not have to be available all day, every day, to play! You can engage with it at your own leisure, or even skip it if you want. It will be a light CR building (both inter-team and intra-team) game with bring your own trauma (and PvP) elements. YOU COULD HAVE A BAD TIME, BUT IT WILL BE ONE OF YOUR OWN DOING. Or you could have a great time!! IT IS UP TO YOU

Speaking of PvP, I intend to run our first bad PvP and/or death minigame in October for spooky season. More details forthcoming! But as a bit of transparency, once I run that game, I will probably be opening up games to the playerbase so you guys can run your own minigames!
